MicroBot started in 2021 with a rule we still follow: build things that help real people, and keep them simple enough to stay honest. Since then we have shipped AI voice platforms, websites, automation.
The people on this page are of two kinds. Cristi and Andreea run MicroBot day to day: architecture, product, delivery. Everyone else is an independent specialist, chosen for what they have already delivered.
Most of our work starts from something we have lived: a small business losing calls after closing time, a practice with a queue at the front desk, a shop owner answering the same messages every evening. We know these problems because we run small businesses ourselves.
